Here’s a must share!  Colleen has this fabulously sweet-snack recipe she makes during the holidays… White Chocolate Covered Snack Mix!  And, I finally asked her to share with me.  I can’t wait to make the mix in the next few days!  All I can say is baker beware; and, welcome to your new addiction.  This mix will speak to you from the little containers in the kitchen while you’re trying to sleep!!!  YUM! YUM! YUH-MEEEE!

White Chocolate Covered Christmas Snack Mix

Serves: 30

2 cups peanuts                                                 

2 cups M&M’s                                                   

2 cups Rice Chex                                               

2 cups Corn Chex                                               

4 cups Bugles                                                  

3 cups pretzels                                                

6 blocks white almond bark                                      

Melt almond bark and mix in large bowl with remaining ingredients.  Cool on wax paper.
